BC Court Allows Buyer to Back Out of Purchase Contract
If you have signed an offer to buy a pre-sale Real Estate property in Vancouver, or anywhere else in Canada, you may be able to rescind the purchase contract if the developer has not proivided you with all the amendments to the disclosure statement. This may come as a relief to those buyers that have purchased pre-sale properties which have dropped in value over the past few years.
